FOLA VINCENT (B.Sc., M.Ed., SPHRi™) – Chief People Officer

Fola Vincent is the Chief People Officer at Accessible Publishers Limited and its subsidiaries. With over 13 years of experience in HR consulting, coaching, training, and banking, he is a strategic human capital and change management expert focused on building performance-driven cultures and empowering leaders at all levels.

He holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry Education, an M.Ed. in Counselling Psychology, and is a PhD Scholar in Personnel Psychology at the University of Ibadan. He is a Certified Business Psychology Practitioner (PIBS) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi™), with additional certifications in data analytics, project management, and business innovation.

In addition to his corporate role, Fola serves in several strategic and advisory capacities. Fola Vincent is known as a trusted HR Strategic Advisor.
