Peace by pieces is a book that deals with modern and topical themes, using traditional settings. It is a play that belongs to the residualist dramatic schools, where supernatural forces are employed to bail people out of predicaments.

The play addresses the audience that understands and appreciates African culture; especially how the African language is made to behave in the context of the English language.  It also allows such an audience access to the geopolitical and social structure of Africa.
